The price increment could range from Rs 50,000 to Rs 1.5 lakh depending on the variant

  • The Skoda Kodiaq is currently priced between Rs 34.99 lakh and Rs 37.49 lakh.

  • New prices will be applicable to the second lot of bookings.

  • It is offered in three variants: Style, Sportline, and Laurin and Klement

  • Waiting periods stretch up to 5 months.

When Skoda recently launched the facelifted Kodiaq, the demand was such that the premium luxury SUV was sold out within 24 hours for the next four months. Now, for the second batch, Skoda has hinted that the SUV could get dearer.

While we’re yet to know the effect of the price hike, our dealer sources suggest the increment could be between Rs 50,000 and Rs 1.5 lakh, depending on the variant chosen. Those who’ve booked the SUV from the first batch need not worry, as the new prices will be effective from the second batch (after January 11, 2022).

For reference, the Kodiaq is currently priced between Rs 34.99 lakh and Rs 37.49 lakh (ex-showroom, India), and it is offered in three trims: Style, Sportline, and Laurin and Klement.
