Serious confusion: I want an AMT, mostly will be driving in the city. I have shortlisted Maruti Swift ZXI AMT 2020 and Tata Tiago XZA plus 2020. What should i opt for between the two cars? Parameters looking for are safety, mileage, comfort and driving experience. (Am 6 feet tall).

A company which is not at all considered safety... Only to take money. Engine may good.. If accident occur customers has no guaranty. So i dislike maruthi. Only thing their services and parts availability is a good. But tata tiago sold above 3 lakh cars in four years. So quite natural now their services have already improved

I suggest Tiago beacuse of its build qualiy and its high speed stability.always preffer safety as the first concern. I had driven tiago for 130000kms (one lakh thirty thousand kms ) from my experience tiago is such a nice car. Its having a fresh look 8 speaker harman music systemAnd amt is not as laggy as maruthi

Maruti suzuki cars especially automatic is a complete failure. I have a maruti swift automatic car (8000km run). For that run itself I have paid 1 lakh rupees (INR) for repair. For their AMT manufacturing issue, customer has to pay full cost and the replaced part ( 80000 rupees) is also not under any warranty. Maruti suzuki cheats customer post buy. I have cars from hyundai, toyota . Never had such experience. Buy maruti cars only you have so much money to donate them.

Current generation swift is s**t AF... whether in terms of look or in terms of safety!!! Maruti people make the car light and because of that safety has been compromised and you will not get confidence on driving at high speed!!

I would suggest Swift. Swift is a proven model. Also AMT is a relatively new technology for indian mass market. You want to ensure that you have backup of best , wide and reputed proven service which maruti suzuki has in India...
