  • Q. Does the mileage drop drastically on speeds greater than 100, if so, how much? If maintained at 80-90, what is the mileage - XUV500?

    If driven under 2,000 RPMs at 80-90 KMPH; I get anything between 13-14 KMPL. Going above 100 and RPMs going towards 2500-3000 RPM range; mileage drops to 11. Mine is a 6.5 years old XUV and has been driven to almost a lakh KMS

Q. I am a daily highway user and my present car is i20 Active 2015 diesel I drove 122000 km in 3 years and this is how my usage will be. Planning to upgrade to an diesel automatic, confused between Creta and XUV500? I am so interested in XUV 500 W11(O), mileage anything around 11-13 is okay for me and maintenence is not an issue for me but I am worried about the quality of XUV 500 and heard some suspension issues are still present in 2018 model.     What a design, Even after 7 years it is still the suv with a strong road presence.The quality is bit of a letdown.The plastic trims make a lot of irritating noises which spoil the party.The ride, The engine, The comfort everything else is just perfect.Mahindra surely needs to tighten the quality control bolts at its factory.
