    From 2009 i have been using Total engine oils for my vehicles. For me Heating of vehicle has been contained compare to other oils which i used (previously i have used Castrol oil, GULF oil , Mobile oil ). 4T 10W50 which am using for my bikes.

    Mobil 1 or Motul , both brands are good at one other ,use any of these and feel the difference

    Yamaha full synthetic sporty premium lube is very fine for my unicorn 150 (2005 model) bike
