Also, Pulsar 150 is among the most powerful 150 cc segment bikes on sale. However, if the claimed top speed is compared, then the FZ-Fi Version 3.0 claims to be better at 112 km/h whereas, Pulsar 150 claims 110 km/h.

The bajaj pulsar 150 has a top speed close to 118 and fz v3 had a top speed roughly the same....top end of fz is bit less powerful

Pulsar can easily touch triple digit speed on highway
Before the first service, we would suggest you keep the speed of the bike between 50-60 Kmph to avoid the wear and tear od the parts and to let the gears and fittings adjusted according to the riding conditions. Otherwise, the claimed top speed of Bajaj Pulsar 150 is around 110 Kmph.
