  • Q. Is pulsar 150 good for long ride
    Rahul | 1 year ago

I drived my own pulsar neon 150 from delhi to bihar consequently. I have no any errors or problem in saying that ye lambi race ka ghoda hai. But, hold on, in long distance driving you must should give the (15-20 mins)rest to your bike after every couple of hours and drive it a genuine 60-70 kmph. One more thing that is before and after every long ride you should check your oil chamber for engine oil, Tyre pressure and lights, indicators also.

  • Q. Sometimes if self start doesn't work. what to do in pulsar twin disk 150??
    Rahmatullah | 4 years ago

There is one way to start the bike in such conditions if only the self start isn't working. Get the bike on motion on 2nd gear and then use the clutch contracting and extracting in interval of 2 minutes.. that will help the spark plug to ignite.

    • Overall Good Bike With Low Maintenance

I have a Pulsar 150 Bs4 version, and I bought it because of the low maintenance cost. A clutch plate of my Pulsar costs nearly 800 rupees as compared to other bikes. The comfort level is good with wide seats and clip-on handlebars. Not so leaning sitting position which makes the city, and long rides comfortable. I don't feel any pain while riding on it, and I take rest every 70 km on a highway. The best thing is the clip-on handlebar which makes a good sitting posture and gives a sporting look as well. The overall performance is good. Its mileage is 48 to 50kmpl in the city, and 55kmpl on highways with a speed between 60 to 65kmph. High speed has fewer mileage vibrations over 100 km, and I feel it on footpegs. The build quality is no doubt good, but yes I don't do off-road biking with a Pulsar. The shockers are better as compared to other bikes in this segment. The headlight is really awesome with a wonderful focus even after 5 years of buying. I have changed the headlight, and the headlight cluster once in five years. The gear shifting is smooth brakes need to be serviced every 4000 km.

    • The new bajaj pulsar

The new bajaj pulsar 150 is definitely a notch up, Especially in engine and transmission refinement, But it's only an improvement, And there's nothing aesthetically distinguishing it from the previous pulsar 150.The new bajaj pulsar 150, Which has been refreshed for 2017, Is priced at rs.74, 603 (ex-showroom delhi) and will attempt to maintain its position as the country's best-selling 150cc motorcycle.

      As compared to its competitors

As compared to its competitors pulsar 150 single disc model gives a better performance in engine optimization while going on highway especially and even on tough roads it gives a great suspension.

      My FAVOURITE bike Pulsar 150

Visually, There is nothing to distinguish the new pulsar 150 from the previous model. The only cosmetic alterations are new colours, Decals, A simulated carbon fibre finish on some plastic parts, And a matte engine surface. The exhaust is also new, With a bigger bore for improved performance and tone quality.
