Chain lubing after every 500 kms is a must. If you drive sanely, I mean, accelerating the bike in a linear manner, maintaing 70 -80 kmph on empty roads accelerating hard only when you can go the distance, mileage will be around 36-38 kmpl. Apart from these, I don't think there will be any regular maintenance costs. Engine oil change, brake pad change, coolant change are common maintenance things.

Maintenance depends on how well you treat your bike. Basic costs for maintaining an Apache RR310 are pretty much reasonable when compared to its BMW cousin. However, you need to face expenditures on the higher side for the brake pads and tires or other replacements.

Maintenance cost is not much as compare to other bike. I paid 1300 Rupees on 1st service and every after 500 km you have to check the chain lubricant oil and looseness for better performance that will cost you only 150 rupees in service centre.

Very cheap when compared to other bikes. 1200 was my first service cost and 3500 was my second service cost (including both brake pads and service, I changed my brake pads on 6-8km). So overall around 5000Rs per year including brake pads.

Recently on november 16th 2019 i had my rr310 first service done with the cost of rs. 2085 without chain sprey and lube, because both were had with me. Otherwise it will be extendend something round about 200 more in the total cost like 2085+200=2485.
