    I purchased Hero optima HS 500ER from dealer at RS 90,000/- on 02/10/2020 ,now he says there is no subsidy of it. How far it is true, and if subsidy exits then how I can refund back, or regarding this where to contact so that I can get refund money, kindly help.

    @ Debi | I paid total RS 102000/- with registration and insurance charges. But will not get subsidy.

    Insurance is not required and no need of registration on E scooty than why they charged you extra. Have you gone through other showrooms also to confirm these things.

    Bro optima hs 50 Er subsidy is close.that model subsidy is valid upto sept 30 th only .that's why you pay the 90000

    I bought electric scooter 3 years ago.It's ok to commute in our daily life to go to school, Market etc.Since speed limit is 40km, It's not suitable for youngsters.The suspension is not good and ride experience not upto the tvs jupiter or yamaha fascino.Need to check the battery charge level before going to a ride.
