The Classic 350 is the highest selling model available in RE’s stable. A shorter wheelbase compared to the Standard variant and a low center of gravity translate to better riding dynamics of the motorcycle. However, if you desire more power from the Classic, the 500 motor is the way to go. On the otherh and, The Thunderbird’s massive 20 ltr fuel tank, low seating and forward-set foot controls are perfect for long-distance cruising, although the handlebars do take some time to get used to. The rear backrest provides enough support for the pillion rider, which can also be removed to mount luggage. The Thunderbird is the most feature-rich bike to come from Royal Enfield’s stable. Both the Thunderbird 350 and 500 get dual tripmeters with average speed readout, digital fuel gauge, projector headlamp with LED DRLs and a rear LED tail light. In contrast to the Standard Thunderbird, the Thunderbird X is targeted towards a younger audience. Its brightly coloured fuel tank, colour-matched rim stickers and modern alloy wheels help it stand out from the rest of the pack. It does away with the backrest and the ape-like handlebar for a much sportier flat handlebar. Moreover, you may have a look at Royal Enfield Himalayan for hilly areas.
