Hello all, Its majorly because your mobiles are closing the background running app.If you are using android, go to settings, apps in that go for permission and deselect close the background running apps while not using.It will solve the issue. And also make sure you gave access to location and running of app while using app.This will sort the issue, but it will drain your battery😅

Same thing is happening with me too.. local authorized service is unable to resolve the issue. Infact nobody has any idea regarding this.. RE team should have prepared well before launching any new thing considering the pros and cons.. shame on RE

The main issue is heating even if you change battery optimisation settings I won't work for long. OnePlus phone heats a lot when using navigation and sometimes it is really hot. The phone might switch itself off in long rides to protect itself. The app is not that great it causes your phone to overheat and eats battery like hell

Disable power saving mode in you device and it will work then, have tried this since i was s having same issues on my meteor 350, now its working as intended

Yes I am also facing the same issue. Navigation disconnects in less than 1 min for me. Service center does not have any answer. Keep reinstalling the application is the answer.

I faced the same issue with my phone. What I did is to go to the app permission and provide it all permissions like phone and camera. After that it is working fine. Hope this helps.
