Q. I own TVS Jupiter since Jan 2015 and I use it about 50km per week. I service it regularly and change oils in every service. Inspite of this, the engine seized few days after my recent service. Service person said that the oil pump failed, so it caused the engine to seize. I don't think oil pump will fail in short time with regular oil replacement. Dealer is asking me to bear the entire cost and the from the company side no one is responding. How should I proceed with this issue ?
