I have been riding this bike for almost a year. Havent faced sholder pain. But palm pain yes. While riding in traffic, when continuosly holding and releasing clutch you will face this issue. I changed the rubber on the handle. Started using a soft one. The one with yamaha written on it, is really hard and you most likely to keep getting the palm issue.
