Honestly, with your height, it would be difficult in a city traffic, when you stop. The bike is a little heavy but if you are a die hard fan of FZ25, I would say, go for it. After all, if you can control it, no need to worry.

Height is a very minimal issue when it comes to riding. I have seen 5ft people riding the Himalayan and the triumph tiger. Confidence is all you need to have and you can ride any bike. And I am around 5.4ft and FZ 25 feels great.
