Q. I have purchased Star City Plus 55 days ago and travelled 1400 KMs. from last few days the bike giving some noise like Garrrr. In top gear of 38-40 kmph speed (only below 38 or above 40 no such sound,) I went authorized TVS service center but they are also unable to solve my problem, what might be the reason for this noise and what should I do? please suggest me, thank you

It's manufacturing defect in all these bikes even I have used this bike since from 2016 to 2020. This sound will not affect engine life but you will face one more problem hope you not noticed that when ever you start your bike after idle for 1 hour wail you shit for first gear you will get very rash sound like sum thing is blast in engine, keep ubsering this and there is solution for this use atlist Carrol power or shell semithintic oil or if you cable to make expenses use motul fully synthetic oil then it will be controlled and another way is when you start the bike after 1 hour keep clutch

It's manufacturing defect but won't affect your engine. Even I have purchased the same bike in 2016 and completed 36k km. When ever you start the bike using self keep hold the clutch with idle for up to red light blink in dashboard then shift to 1st other wise you will get very rash sound like dadd in sum time and use fully synthetic engine oil 15w 40 in motul sound will be controlled.

Better contact the quality control manager or the company for such issues, they must aware of the products they use to supply us, if not solve, better take legal help, because money you spent on this product not grown in a tree behind your backyard.
