How to improve mileage of Activa 5g?

We are getting around 38kmpl in city with speeds always around 30 ~ 35kmph. This is the 3rd Activa and going by our experience, will be the last one. Have done everything from asking folks to clean carburetor to changing fuel from Indian Oil to Shell and even fuel additives. The improvement was from 34kmpl to 38kmpl. That's it.

I have been driving two of my friend's active 5g, one is the standard (15k km done), and the other one deluxe (7.5k km done). The mileage figures are astonishingly different despite my same driving behavior. The standard gives a mileage of around 38-42kmpl and the deluxe gives a mileage of 58-60kmpl.Any idea why is it so different?

Try to drive between 35 to 45 KM / hr in order to utilize maximum average out of your bike and also avoid triple seats, sudden braking, rough driving, and also avoid heavy material transportation and servicing shall be done on regular basis.

Always ride between a speed of 35-50.Park the vehicle in a shaded area. Always park the vehicle in centre stand if you are not using the vehicle for more than 7 hours as it will balance the oil level. Gradually increase the throttle.Avoid unnecessary braking or holding the brake levers
