After the booking , RE replied with tentative schedule of delivery on 28-12-2020. It was totally disappointing. Initially, Dealer has agreed that delivery of the vehicle will be very quick and we can expect within 15 days. But next day, changed his delivery schedule and totally disappointed as well.I have forwarded the mail notification to RE Customer service, which is of no use and dealer just washed his hands and waiting for their reply.These kind of issues has to stopped once for all. When you collect booking, supplier should provide the proper delivery schedule to the end user.I am discussing this issues with legal department for the best result.Hope the best.

BIKES WERE AVAILABLE OF THE SHELF FROM A FEW DEALERS FOR INSTANT DELIVERY JUST A WEEK BACK. SOMETHING IS FISHY. RESPONSE FROM RE HELPDESK IS JUST TOO POOR. THEY DON'T EVEN REPLY TO YOUR MAIL WITH RESOLUTION. DELAERS ARE EITHER CLUELESS OF DELIVERY SCHEDULE OR THEY ARE INTO SOMETHING ELSE (NO NEED TO MENTION WHAT DOES IT MEANS), RE NEEDS TO REVAMP ITS CUSTOMER SUPPORT DESK DRASTICALLY FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS.I FEEL ONLINE BOOKINGS FOR CUSTOMISED BIKES ARE LIKELY TO BE DELAYED. A | 2 years agoHi, I'm from kerala. I had booked a Meteor stellar red on 14th april It wasn't the colour i had planned on buying but the dealer said that they had a ready stock of the bike in that shade so I changed my Decision from fireball to stellar. But the promise of the dealer was false they did not have the bike and I ended up waiting for 3 months when I received another mail that it wasn't due until September so I decided to cancel the bike , but the sales staff pleaded not to cancel the bike and another sales executive informed me that he would give me an official update the next day before noon.But after no reply until noon I called him 5 times and he did not have the courtesy to return the call nor a message. Citing this reason I sent a mail to the customer service team along with the cancellation form's photo and the next day I received a call from the regional customer relations manager and the owner of the dealership and speeded up the delivery process and I took delivery of my fireball yellow meteor on 4th auagust

Hi Faisal , I booked mine on the Jan 26th and have 4 months waiting time. Customer care right now has status updates and tentative dates on record for those booked before Jan 20th (as of today) . Deliveries are delayed due to overwhelming response from new bookings and also they say that due to govt. restrictions they are working with limited staff which has slowed down production. I have a feeling nevertheless that you will receive yours well before the due date given. On a side note, customizations are given priority as I understand.

Thank You for informing about the Customer Support. I called them twice. 1st time I was told that before March, I shall be receiving my Bike. 2nd time they are saying that the information was incorrect and I shall be receiving it in 4th week of May. That is 3 weeks later than the Tentative Delivery Date. I don't understand what games they are playing with the Customers. At least an update on delivery would keep the customer at peace and they can't even do that. Pathetic.

I booked supernova blue customised bike on 10th Dec, 2020. The tentative delivery date is 10th Mar, 2020. Yesterday I visited my showroom and asked for the update, they are saying that, we should get our delivery just about 2 days difference (prior / after) to whatever the date mentioned in our booking receipt. It's impossible to expect the delivery before the mentioned date. I know we are eagerly waiting for the bike, but this is the hard reality.
Samuel | 3 years agoHai I booked Stellar blue with modification with in one hour after launch on 6th November. The RE guy was fumbling with online booking and sent a receipt with out signature on 7th. Then on 9th got another receipt with a new booking date as 9th and delivery period as 6th December. Still no response from these people. I think they changed the dates to deliver to someone more influential. This is with Aravind motors, karayanchavady. Planning for a legal action

They are real ..... I booked on Dec. 3 with dealer's commitment as 30-40 days delivery time but maximum 90 days as per company, he assured. Now, he says that it may not be available even within 90 days. Mail to RE customer support asked to talk with dealer for any tentative delivery date while dealer himself unable to tell. Neither dealer nor company is providing any right information. Shame on their service and support

Later they said that the system provided delivery date for online booking as 28Nov2020. I also wrote to RE customer service and they replied the minimum waiting period for meteor is 60 days/2 months
According to the info I got from my Showroom person where I booked by Fireball on 18th November is that Only the bikes booked on its launch date are delivering in 2020(No prescribed dates) with Manufacturing year 2020. All bookings after 6 th Nov will be delivered only in Jan 2021 with Manufacturing year 2021. Where the reason seems real and genuine. We need to wait till January 2021 patiently.
Shameem | 3 years agoI booked stellar on 9th November and the showroom guys told me RE ensures 30 day delivery for first 5000 bookings, after booking online I received a booking recipient voucher which has a blank field for tentative delivery date. Tried to contact customer care, no hope. Showroom guys are too dump as they even don't know how to book online or check anything. Too useless.
Santhu | 3 years agoI have booked fireball on 6th Nov with modifications ,tentative delivery was 26 Nov still no update but other variants and custom color fireball variants got delivered in hyd,dont know why and how. Still waiting for my bike.Now Nivar will delay the deliveries more.Hope it gets delivered soon. Customer support told that meteor has 30days of standard delivery time.

AYANANSHU | 1 year agoRE is totally unreliable and the dealers are fraudsters when it comes to Delivery. I have booked my Meteor 350 in April,22 which was promised to be delivered by 1st week of June. It's August end and there is neither any information on delivery nor any willingness to refund the booking amount. Customer care executives are clueless and they will say we have escalated and you will get a call back which never happens. Very poor and fraudulent means used by RE to simply sit on customer money without any commitment. I am not sure how they are launching new products when they are clueless about existing deliveries.
Editorial | 3 years agoI booked my Supernova blue on 6th November itself in a Navi Mumbai showroom. Sadly there is no update either from RE or from the dealer even after 45 days and so many follow ups. I think dealer can manipulate the order and give delivery to those who have more influence. So make sure your dealer is not doing it. But so disappointed with the Dealer and RE. Another sad part is that they are delivering customized bikes much faster.

They provide tentative delivery schedule which is just an eyewash... I heard they are exporting meteor to other countries in which they have high margin. For second class citizens their priority is last.... I made mistake of booking through MIY which is non refundable... Friends go for different manufacturers.. RE sucks

Showroom people called me today and said the bike has arrived,HYD. Completed all paper works today and will be taking delivery by monday or wednesday. It took 30days to deliver which is long bcoz there were other custom bikes got delivered whereas it was my first booking from showroom.Anyways happy that it got delivered finally.

Bro I have booked at VVC auto mobiles near TV9 office, it was my first booking in showroom but they failed to get the bike on time,keep following up with them.if you have opted for customizations then it will take more time ,if not it will arrive in 30days. The bike is just awesomee,the best in RE after interceptor
Venkatesh | 3 years agoMe & my friend have booked it in early January and we were told we would get it in two months but recently received a call that it's delayed by 2 more months. That's a total of 4+ months and they are not sure of that too. I believe now the waiting period is 6 months if you want to book today.

Satyam | 2 years agoI booked meteor fireball on 4 th nov 2021 .. And now it is 19 March 2022 . What happening with RE, first they told me the bike will deliver in feb.. Then they said it will be deliver March.. And now they say it will deliver in April last week. What?? I have been waiting so long.. The dealer says he is not getting any update from higher authorities.. When I called on RE No.. Or email them.. They don't give satisfactory answers. Due to this 3 of my friends change their plan to buy RE.. they go for other bikes. Very disappointed

Mine is Supernova brown with booking on Dec. 3. Delivery assured within 90 days maximum but now, they say it will be delayed and no hope within 90 days. Customer support says to contact dealer and dealer have no concrete information. This is the reality of RE. You will get no support.

However after multiple followups and crazy number of tweets, i got an update that it’ll take around a month to get the delivery. Eagerly waiting

Even I booked Fireball(Customized) in Jan 21, 2021 and tentative given May 21,2021. Still no update .1st time I called in March the store executive said that financial year end so billing delayed and I will be getting message once billed at Chennai plant ,2nd time I called the store executive she said me that Chennai Plant is closed due to lockdown so not sure and I was told that I will be getting message once its billed .Simply reasons they are giving brother .
Mahesh | 2 years agoI have booked a meteor supernova on 10th Apr 2021 and still waiting for delivery. The customer service department as well as the dealer are providing no satisfactory reply. However the price has been hiked many times since then. On the date of booking the price was approx Rs2.21lacs and now it is Rs 2.42lacs. They are only apologising and requesting to bear with the price hike but they don't care about customer dissatisfaction. Why the customer will suffer for your negligence?
Jose | 3 years agoI booked a stellar black through local dealer at Pala, Kottayam, Kerala On 9th November and today (27 nov )received update from RE that the bike is on the way and the same was confirmed by the sales head. The expected delivery is next week. The entire process was smooth and hassle free.

I got the message today that my bike has arrived at the local godown and should be delivered to me by monday, 14th dec. Guess RE stuck to the delivery time of 30 days. Now these two days waiting for the bike will most probably k**l me
Anuj | 3 years agoI ordered my meteor fireball customised on 5th december.(paid advance 10000 through the mobile app make it yours). Tent date was on 5th march.. I got my meteor delivered today feb16th.. I received a mail. And message in my mobile from re... Then i visited the showrom...the rate was increased than the amount shown during booking time..

I have booked this bike on Nov 6th as 1st customer, its 1 month past still i haven't got the delivery. worst customer service reply from RE ad their dealer. its better not to book until this issue is sorted out

Hi Madh, I had booked my meteor on 14th Nov, and was given a tentative delivery date of 14th Dec. However, I was told that I should get the delivery much before that. Have you received your bike yet? Or any updates from RE?
Arghya | 3 years ago@ Rajiv | I booked meteor 350 on 6th November 2020. The booking receipt shows that I would receive the bike by 23rd December 2020. However, the showroom executives maintain that I would be receiving the bike by 6th December.
I have booked steller version on 9th November and my booking receipt shown delivery date 9th December.. But showroom cannot give any assurance on that.. Why RE launch this if not ready to deliver? I cannot understand..

In this age of speed RE is going slow for booking done in India but export of bike happening. Delivery schedule is eyewash probably they going slow to leverage tremendous response sic.... One more price hike I am expecting...

I also booked supernova blue on 4th Jan, 2021 and as booking slip tentative delivery date shows as 3rd March, 2021. But few days back Showroom executive call me and told that it will be 3rd week of May or before.
Vinay | 2 years agoDear Riders, I had booked Meteor 350 fireball custom black on 28th Feb and got delivery after a long wait and after raising an issue with RE.. I got the bike on 10th Sep. There are many issues why there is delay and you may have to wait for atleast 4 months as per the information I got. VishakhKantharaj | 1 year agoFor me (in tumkur,karnataka) it took me exactly 2 weeks from booking to delivery but do note that it was sheer luck that I got it that quick as another friend of mine who ordered the bike a month prior had to wait more than 2 months so i would say it definitely varies depending on the model and the location

After the booking , RE replied with tentative schedule of delivery on 28-12-2020. It was totally disappointing. Initially, Dealer has agreed that delivery of the vehicle will be very quick and we can expect within 15 days. But next day, changed his delivery schedule and totally disappointed as well.I have forwarded the mail notification to RE Customer service, which is of no use and dealer just washed his hands and waiting for their reply.These kind of issues has to stopped once for all. When you collect booking, supplier should provide the proper delivery schedule to the end user.I am discussing this issues with legal department for the best result.Hope the best.
Same situation here i am facing my frnd. No response from dealer as well as from RE side. Can you provide with some mail id.

Customer support says to contact dealer and dealer have no concrete information. This is the reality of RE. You will get no support.
Yesterday i.e 05 Feb 21 I got call from dealer that it has reached. So its almost 3 months for booking done on 14 Nov 2020

I called them twice. 1st time I was told that before March, I shall be receiving my Bike. 2nd time they are saying that the information was incorrect and I shall be receiving it in 4th week of May. That is 3 weeks later than the Tentative Delivery Date. I don't understand what games they are playing with the Customers. At least an update on delivery would keep the customer at peace and they can't even do that. Pathetic.
That's crazy ! They should stick to one date ! I know how it feels to wait ! Every hour counts !

Sadly there is no update either from RE or from the dealer even after 45 days and so many follow ups. I think dealer can manipulate the order and give delivery to those who have more influence. So make sure your dealer is not doing it. But so disappointed with the Dealer and RE. Another sad part is that they are delivering customized bikes much faster.
I booked custom stellar red on November 16 in coimbatore. No news at all.

Later they said that the system provided delivery date for online booking as 28Nov2020. I also wrote to RE customer service and they replied the minimum waiting period for meteor is 60 days/2 months

The RE guy was fumbling with online booking and sent a receipt with out signature on 7th. Then on 9th got another receipt with a new booking date as 9th and delivery period as 6th December. Still no response from these people. I think they changed the dates to deliver to someone more influential. This is with Aravind motors, karayanchavady. Planning for a legal action

Tried to contact customer care, no hope. Showroom guys are too dump as they even don't know how to book online or check anything. Too useless.

That's a total of 4+ months and they are not sure of that too. I believe now the waiting period is 6 months if you want to book today.

Babun | 3 years ago@ Santhu | I have booked fireball on 6th Nov with modifications ,tentative delivery was 26 Nov still no update but other variants and custom color fireball variants got delivered in hyd,dont know why and how. Still waiting for my bike.Now Nivar will delay the deliveries more.Hope it gets delivered soon. Customer support told that meteor has 30days of standard delivery time.

Both the bikes offer same comfort level.Only difference is the windshield in supernova, Which on high speeds blasts lots of air on driver's face.So if you wear a half face helmet then it may cause some difficulty in cruising.
