According to my style of riding, It gives about 25kmpl in city and around 30kmpl on highway. May vary according to each person's style of riding. Vibrations? There are no noticeable vibrations altogether. But you might notice small increase in vibration while on 4 to 6k Rpm. Ninja 300 has one of the most refined engine in its segment. Heat management is excellent in the bike. Even in stop and go traffics, the bike excellently manages the engine temperature.

Ninja 300 the engine really vibrates a lot at 4 to 6k rpm , and the engine sound itself changes after 4k rpm which is not as smooth as below 4k rpm, gear shifting is little hard, gets stuck , and 1st and 2nd gears are waste it is just to move the veh, as you raise in 2nd gear the engine cries a lot. poor suspension in this segment, mileage in city 22 highway 27, fule tank capacity not realy 17lit, every time you fill at last line blink it fills 14 lit and even less or more keeps varying, also pillion seat is shaking the fitting is poor., overall not best in segment only good in top end else not value for money.

Haven't done a proper mileage test but in city it give around 25km/l. Heat management is excellent, even after driving in the evening peak Mumbai traffic you don't feel anything on your thighs/calves. It vibrate a bit around 5k rpm but else it's a roll.

It was an amazing experience, So i had this bike and took a ride to my nearby town, It gave me roughly around 20 mileage, No vibration and the brakes are the best, The service cost was around 3 to 4k, And as always kawasaki never fails in terms of build quality
