    Yes, you may install fog lights and hazard lights on the bike. Apart from it, as per the RTO, fog lights should be placed below the height of the Headlight and should be yellow light. Otherwise, it will be considered illegal. However, altering the wiring of the bike might hamper your bike's warranty. so we would suggest you to exchange your words with the authorized service center to get better clarity.
