Q. What is the life and warranty of battery of Okinawa i Praise?

As same as Mukulji said - 'It's worst, they asked to do service every 2 months that cost 400 bucks and moreover they won't take much things in warranty easily. My scooter had battery issue after 2 years. Service person said It will take 7 months for them to replace without providing any spare battery, if company approve my warranty. Charger is dead once, they are not claiming it under warranty says we didn't do the service every 2 month thou I have a proper service record of service every 3 month' Very very bad service. Battery cost is 48,000 Rs.

Now the charger is dead for second time and this time they are not claiming it under warranty says we didn't do the service every 2 month thou I have a proper service record of service every 3 month

1 year is what the company claims but there are a lot of terms and conditions to it so you practically dont get the warranty and moreover the performance of the battery is very poor
