Both bikes are awesome. For R15 v3 it's loaded with features but for KTM RC 200 it's a performance orientated bike, the power and torque delivery of KTM is far ahead of R15 not to ignore the higher capacity of KTM RC engine. You can consider either of them based on the looks, comfort, features and not to forget get a test ride for each.

I should you to go for a rc 200 as you can have various modifications ragarding it's power parts and ecu that will enhance your riding experience with due time.
