Worst customer service.Bought car on 2 july 2021 it was faulty is with workshop since 15 july 2021.Been 5 months.

Free maintenance

Performance is mind blowing compared to my other cars i feel this is like free maintenance.My 10k km service costed me 650 rs like tell me another car which can do that 😅.

Q. Is there a self charging mode in ES when zooming in highways..?
  • There is no self-charging mode available in the MG ZS EV. MG has designed a 5-pronged charging system to make sure your ZS EV never runs out of juice -- probably the biggest fear with any fully electric vehicle. The first of these is the 7.4kW AC fast charger that MG will install at your home or office which will charge up the ZS EV to 100 percent in 6-8 hours. MG has also installed DC fast chargers in the parking lots of some of their showrooms and you can charge up to 80 percent in under an hour. The third option for charging and probably best saved for emergencies is the 10A charger that plugs into any 15amp home socket but takes a whole 16-18 hrs to charge up the 44.5KWh batteries to 100 percent. The fifth prong in MGs five-pronged charge solution is the RSA service. The ETA for this service is an hour and it will provide you with roughly 30km of range to either get you back home or to the nearest charge station.

ZS EV 2020-2022 Key Highlights

Features: It features an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an 8.9-inch MID, a PM2.5 air filter, rain-sensing front wipers, push-button start/stop, and a powered driver’s seat. Safety is taken care of by six airbags, ABS with EBD, tyre pressure monitor, and reverse parking camera. It now gets an EcoTree challenge with the i-Smart 2.0 connected car technology, where you can track real-time progress of your CO2 savings with the car and compare it with the top 10 ZS EV owners via a leaderboard.

Motor: MG powers the ZS EV with a three-phase permanent synchronous motor, backed up by a new 44.5kWH HT battery. It develops 145PS of power and 353Nm of torque. In terms of efficiency, the ZS EV gets a claimed range of 419km on a single full charge, 79km more than before (340km). The EV juices up from 0-80 percent in 50 minutes with a 50kW DC fast charger, and takes up to six to eight hours when charged via a standard 7.4kWhm wall box AC charger.
