Q. Which is better CBR 650 or Ninja 650?
- It would be unfair to give a verdict as Honda CBR650R hasn't launched, so we'd you wait for the launch of the Honda CBR650R. Follow the link to get an alert when Honda CBR650R is launched.
Q. Can Kawasaki Ninja 650 be used as a every day bike?
- It matters where you stay and how is the traffic. If it's bumper to bumper traffic then it is very tuff to maneuver.
Q. I am planning to upgrade from my R15 V3, looking for a middle weight faired Sports tourer under 10lakh on
road. I am 5.7ft tall and weight about 60 kg. Suggest between CBR650R and 2020 Ninja 650. Thank you.
- There is a way big difference in the prices of both the bikes. Honda CBR650R is priced at Rs. 8.88 Lakh (Ex-showroom Price, Delhi ) whereas Kawasaki Ninja 650 is priced at Rs. 6.54 Lakh (Ex-showroom Price, Delhi). If you are on a budget and looking for a feature-loaded bike with better power performance and track-based dynamics, you may go for Kawasaki Ninja 650. On the other hand, If you want a mix of sporty and highway riding, then Honda CBR650R would a great pick for you. Moreover, we would suggest you take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details.Read more -Honda CBR650R vs Kawasaki Ninja 650.
- Totally Go for CBR 650R, i had upgraded from R15 V1 (Still have her for work etc though) . if you wanna try Inline 4 power then CBR650R is the perfect choice
- First of all I don't know what lakh is. 2ndly I haven't seen Ninja 650 that closely. I'd choose the one with more horsepower cause both are truth worth.
Q. I have a budget of 10 lakhs and I need a bike that is good for touring as well as sunday rides. Budget can be increased to 11.5 - 12 lakhs or a preowned bike in this budget. Please suggest.
- My preferences will be Ninja 1000 kawazaki versys( 2020) z900If you feel touring with a bit adventure as off roading Triumph tiger(interest rates are stunningly low) Ducati multistrada 950(maintenance) Ducat iEnduro,BMW....Not tempting you man. If you stretch your budget more you cant enjoy the rides. Thanks
- You can try the Triumph Tiger xr for adventure -touring , or if you want a bike with good bike for both touring and track you can check out the Triumph Street Triple Or the Thruxtun... These have a great torque.
- Ninja1000 for sports tourer Versys for off-roading Z900 for naked sportZx10r for ultimate sports bike
Q. I want to buy a Sports bike and I have short listed Kawasaki Ninja 650 & Honda CBR 650R according to my budget. Which will be best for me? I have not ridden any sports bike before but I have TVS Apache RTR 160. So will I face problems while riding any one of these (Kawasaki Ninja 650 & Honda CBR 650R)?
- It’s just based on your need , Kawasaki 650 is 2 cylinder and CBR650R is 4 cylinder , seating posture in Kawasaki 650 so you can do like 500-700kms per day cos it has relaxed seating , but CBR 650 bit aggressive seating like sports bike so you can do like 200-400kms in a day !! My advice if you r like going to use it for daily use within city and long touring (500-700 + kms a ) go for ninja , it has aggressive 2cylinder makes you feel happy in city and in cruising highway at 120-140kmph , but if your use is like 2-4days a week and you go for week end breakfast rides like 200-300 kms with high sports driving energy and feel in cornerings go for CRB 650R !! 4cylinder engines need free road to feel it’s decent power cos it’s power comes in mid and high rpms ( half and above your bikes rpm meter ) so bit difficult to use those bike enjoyably in city with traffic conditions !! So decide wisely ! Test drive 200kms then buy !!
- I too agree 10 lac otr for a refined cbr650.It resembles its 1000 cc siblings..sometimes to the 250.Its a pure 4 cylinder..no need for after market exhaust. Ninja 650 with excellent refinement, stability is a two cylinder sports tourer less heat from engine tft display excels when in terms of price and service excellence. Why not zx 6R 2 lac more ..than cbr with a real track gene Thanks.
- If you haven't rode any sports bike before , you might want to go for a 300-400 cc segment . check it out and get familiar with the power and them move up the ladder . because on Indian roads even 650 inline 4 is more than enough to seriously injure you if you don't know how the power works on a proper sports bike .
Q. ZX-6R or Z650 which is best - Ninja 650?
- Both are in different category.zx6r is a track oriented bike in the super sport segment(600 cc with adequate power,it stands behind the litter class) Ninja 650 is an excellent sports tourer. (but not an Adv).Thanks.
- Zx-6R is not for beginners. It is best ninja
