Husqvarna has unveiled the Vitpilen 250 at India Bike Week. It it expected to be launched in India by early 2020 and could be priced around Rs 2.5 lakh (ex-showroom). The 250cc cafe racer will be sold here alongside the Svartpilen 250 scrambler. Both motorcycles will be manufactured in India by Bajaj Auto and be sold through KTM Husqvarna dealerships. The Vitpilen 250 shares its 248.8cc powertrain and underpinnings with the KTM 250 Duke so good performance and dynamics are a given. It, however, gets more premium looking bodywork. Power outputs stand at 30PS and 24Nm. The Husqvarnas 250 twins are placed at a premium positioning over the KTM 250 Duke and are more lifestyle alternatives over the orange bike.
