- After 1.2 years of usage, the scooter only gives 10 Km milage. It gets switched off when the battery level is 80%. Battery quality is worse. Service for 3 months no proper response still having issues not able to use the vehicle, although 2 years warranty is there for the battery. Have sent several emails and made several phone calls to customer service no one gives a responsible answerNot worth to buy, other brands are proving battery replacement in 2 days and also provide spare battery. A wonderful value and quality bike model and the brand name on vehicle is just like an extra advantage. A worthy model of BattRE Electric Storie is considered the most comfortable and safest of all, for you and your surrounding. It is a practical vehicle and has very good ground clearance. I think it is really a great effort by tvs. This bike is budget friendly for the features it comes with according to me and is quite worth the purchase I made this year. My experience has been wonderful with and I can confidently recommend this to others.

Bad quality product. Started giving problem after 3-4months of use. Since november i am waiting for scooter to be repaired. Servicing of scooter is long and tiresome process.
