I recently took my Tata Harrier on a road trip from Delhi to Manali and I must say , it is a beast on the road. The 2.0 liter Kryotec diesel engine delivers 170 PS and 350 Nm torque, makes it powerful enough for hills rides. The panoramic sunroof gave us some stunning mountain views and the 14 speaker JBL sound system kept our mood high throughout the trip. The Harrier is quite bulky and movement of this through the narrow lanes of Himachal Pradesh was a bit challenging.

Stated from a decent price in the market, the Tata Harrier is a better model as compared to nexon. My sister had bought this model recently and has given excellent feedback on the same. She says that it is quite easy to drive owing to its convenient size. Her favourite thing about this model is its accessibility. The inner cabin is too comfortable and spacious. Exterior is awesome, owing to the maroon colour, it turns heads on road.

I own the black colour of this car, which looks magnificent and stands unique. The powerful engine offers great torque that delivers a great performance. The seat is quite comfortable. I would surely recommend this to all based on my personal experience with this model, as i have also went on two trips with it hassle free.

A Driver's PerspectiveI took the plunge and bought the Tata Harrier about a year ago and it has been an interesting ride to say the least. It really shines on highways with its smooth and robust performance.The spacious cabin is another plus making long drives more comfortable especially with the large and supportive seats. The current one feels a bit clunky and outdated compared to what competitors offer in this price range. Another downside from my end particularly in high traffic areas like in many Indian cities is its size.
