As this is comfort oriented Sedan, all of its components incl. engine is tuned in such a way. Therefore don't expect any sort of performance. If you floor the throttle the sound of the engine becomes so loud that some wouldn't be liking it. But personally I like its sound when I floor it. Suspension in tuned in such a way that it offers maximum comfort at the cost of handling. Some defects in the vehicle that I found was poor quality of plastics used and the sound from the speakers are below average that you couldn't increase the volume because the rattling all around the cabin is obnoxious

Very comfortable, roomy, and fuel-efficiency. Great for everyday commuting and family trips.Low running and maintenance costs, solid reliability.Lacks wow factor and advanced features. if you want tech and performance, look else where. Good value-for-money, but only if you care about practicality over sportiness. 

I own a ciaz 1.3 diesel vdi, I have driven it almost 110000 kilometres and honestly its a great car with absolutely amazing mileage.I like to drive with a heavy foot but still the car gives a mileage of around 20-22 kilometres per litre.Its pretty spacious and has a very big boot capacity.I also own a toyota fortuner but my parents prefer to be driven around in ciaz only.Honestly, It only lacks good build quality but i must agree that its a value for money car.Its stability at high speed is quite surprising and breaking is also decent.

I have been driving the Ciaz Alfa Smart Hybrid since 2018 and found it to be excellent in all areas of safety, comfort and ease of driving handling and maintainance. The drive is smooth and the power available on the asking for a car of its class. A well made machine to say the least with all the necessary bells and whistles.

Excellent and cozy car with look of mercedies.It had been excellent experience to use this car.It is also lucky1 charm for me.

Very good mileage and comfortable to travel.Seats are fine for long journey.Only problem is road clearance.

Very smooth car never gives any trouble.Driven more than 300kms at a stretch without brak number of times without any trouble in lon ng journey.Ac and other facilities inside the car never given any kind of problem.

Maruti ciaz sigma model 2017 december 4 year ago still i not happy for getting mileage between 12 to 14 per litre that's why i am not happy for this car

Premium car.It gives premium feel of riding.Engine should be of 1.5 as engine stress to generate power when car is full of passengers and with luggage.

Great car even on diesel.Why the hell has maruti stopped ciaz diesel went to puri and back even after using the car for 5 years no problems.

It's very good car spacious and best in mileage but sometimes if you drive in potholes you feel the sound of the suspension front and back it ok for long drive can have little pain in back while going for long distance some good things in this car are 1.Spacious front and back 2.Best in mileage 3.Sunshade in rear4.Best ac 5.Good ride quality in city else sunroof is not their only 2 airbags are their so overall it's good car.

Ciaz is one of the most underrated yet well deserving car from suzuki as it has 4 star safety rating which is not often offered from maruti while giving comfortable ride with a smooth and powerful engine that gives you a punch as soon as you press the accelerator and also has good enough seats, The only cons are the infotainment system and the speaker quality, And finally the boot space is just more than you will ever need.
