Variants: Tata Tigor variants include the XE, XM, XZ, XZ+ and finally, the JTP. Notably, the AMT is available in a single variant called the XZA. The XE variant is best avoided as it gets nothing more than the absolute essentials. You don’t get power windows, wheel covers or even central locking. Move up to the XM, and there’s some value here with bigger 14-inch tyres and an integrated music system with four speakers. Then there’s the XZ that ticks most boxes. You get body-coloured wing mirrors, some chrome on the grille and the door handles, steering-mounted audio controls, front fog lamps, and finally, ABS! With the automatic, you get all that’s available in the XZ and a few extra goodies in the form of projector headlamps, two tweeters, and alloy wheels. Step up to the fully-loaded XZ+ variant and you get projector headlamps, automatic climate control, an 8-speaker music system and faux leather upholstery.
