It will have an updated front and rear styling with new lighting elements.
Key features can include an updated infotainment with 3rd party app support and 4-zone climate control.
Will possibly continue with the 340 PS 3-litre six-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with an 8-speed automatic and AWD.
It will continue to be offered in a 7-seater layout.
The Audi Q7 is getting a facelift in India, which will be launched on November 28. It will feature an updated design as part of its facelift, with refreshed styling, updated tech, and several notable updates. Besides the cosmetic refinements, the luxury SUV is expected to have its mechanicals untouched, retaining the same 3-litre turbo petrol engine option.
If you’ve eyed upon the launch of the luxury family SUV and is eager to know the possible changes it can bring, we’ve covered that for you in the next part:
The most noticeable update remains right in the fascia with octagonal front grille with redesigned slats unlike the horizontal ones in the outgoing model. It also gets a sleek satin silver surround for some bling. If you look closely the LED DRLs now sit above the headlights which can now get ‘Matrix HD’ LED lamps. It will also bring updated bumpers front and back, freshly designed lower central air intake and side air curtains.

The profile will likely sit on 20 to 22-inch redesigned alloy wheels replacing the existing 19-inch ones. All its small tweaks will definitely give the Q7 a much needed fresher look over the outgoing model, which was starting to show its age compared to all the new-gen Audi models. The luxury SUV will also likely have three new colours added to its palette: Ascari Blue, Sakhir Gold and Chili Red, which are also available globally.

In the interior, the overall cabin layout is expected to be unchanged while it will definitely have some updated elements like a new theme for its upholstery.

As for features it can get an updated infotainment system equipped with support for third-party apps like Amazon music and Spotify. It will continue to carry other amenities like powered front seats, ambient lighting, four-zone climate control, a 19-speaker Bang and Olufsen sound system, powered tailgate with kick sensor, electronically foldable third row, and air quality control with fragrance.

The safety suite should include the existing features like eight airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, a 360-degree parking camera, park assist and likely an upgraded ADAS system.

The existing Audi Q7 in India features a 3-litre V6 turbo-petrol engine churning out 340 PS and 500 Nm, paired with an 8-speed automatic and all-wheel drivetrain. The new Q7 is expected to retain this setup, with international-spec options including a 231 PS and 286 PS V6 diesel engine and 340 PS petrol engine in its lineup. Just like all new Audis, its powertrain is expected to be paired with a 48V mild hybrid system for improved efficiency.
The current Audi Q7 in India is priced between ₹88.6 lakh and ₹97.8 lakh (ex-showroom). The new model is expected to carry a slight premium over this range. It will continue its rivalry with the likes of Mercedes-Benz GLE, BMW X5, and Volvo XC90.
