    No the ground clearance doesnt increase by this but the stress increases on the suspension by bigger tyresOk

    Upsizing of tire or upsizing wheel can do with 2% variation. you can upsize rim from 14 to 15 in that time you have need change tires also. grounds clearance will increase by 1MM

    Depends on tyre other parameter.R 15 will not fit
