    The registration certificate of your vehicle can be renewed for an extended period of 5 years. However, in order to extend the RC, you will have to re-register the vehicle and submitted some documents to the RTO including valid insurance, pollution certificate, an application in Form 25, etc. As for the modification, you may check out the options in aftermarket. For more details, you may get in touch with the nearest RTO office in your city.
