Maruti Suzuki Ignis is not equipped with a hill assist and hill hold feature. Moreover, you have to plan your trip while going to hilly areas. Powering the Ignis Facelift is a 1.2-litre K12B engine that is BS6-compliant. It continues to develop 83PS of power and 113Nm of torque, and is paired to a 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox.

THE ANSWER IS NOT CORRECT.MARUTI SUZUKI SAID THAT THE IGNIS IS NOW COME EQUIPPED WITH ESP & HILL HOLD ASSIST AS STANDARD FEATURE ACROSS ALL THE VARIANTS. IT IS ALSO COMPLAINT WITH THE UPCOMING E 20 & RDE

@Asim - can you advise if the 2020 Oct model of Ignis Alpha AMT supports hill hold assist? I am planning to purchase a preowned ignis so it will help me as I am worried about it rolling back on slopes.
