    NTorq is the best. Vespa is not bad. But resale value of the Vespa is not good. No.of NTorq's sales is too much more than Vespa. So demand of the NTorq will be more than Vespa, very simple.

    Both are best in their own field. Both have immense power but the choice clearly depends on your personal preference. If you want the retro charm go for vespa, but if features matters you a lot go for ntorq. But the quality of each and every bit of vespa is top notch. If I would get a chance to choose one I would go for vespa notte.
