Q. Which bike is best- under 1 lakh, between 150cc to 200cc?

Its purely depends on how you want to ride. If you prefer the best performance bike in 200 cc segment(except duke 200) ns 200 is better. RTR 200 is not preferable for an aggressive ride like ns 200. If you prefer a bike with good mileage and above average performance,look and safety RTR 200 is the perfect choice. Xtreme 200 is also considerable is you focus on budget, mileage and riding comfort.

I Suggest Gixxer, in most ways. It's best. One issue ( which is same in other bikes if same category) is rear seat . Apart from that it's Superb Package...When it comes to Performance , Class , Build quality , Handling Gixxer is the KING...

Apache 160 or Gixxer 160,both are equally good.Choose as per your liking.
