Q. I am planning to buy a bike but I am confused between Jawa 42 and Dominar 400(2019). I liked the Jawa because of its light weight, low seat height, easy manageability, mileage and peppy engine but hated the waiting period and all accessories to be paid. About Dominar I loved its power, led the headlights and modern technique like upside down fork, 3spark plug, DOHC etc, but I hated its poor mileage and heavy weight which makes it cumbersome in traffic as its not at all nibble. So kindly suggest me which I should go for. For reference my height is 5.5ft and age is 37years but still single, mostly ride solo, the place I live is hilly terrain.

    Waste of money.Made a big mistake taking this one.New company with lots of cheap low quality parts.In one year 10 times bike was at workshop including 4 times towing it from the road.Very bad experience with the bike.Although company replaced the parts free of cost.But it gave me mental, Physical stress and time loss.Please buy if you can bare all the above said things.

    Very poor bike in terms of the quality of the standard, Very cheap quality of the paint they have used, Its totally waste of money.Already filed the consumer court case against the company and dealer regarding the poor paint quality.

    I owned royal enfield standard (black)since 2003, I maintained it for years and travelled mote than 1 lac kms.Across north india.Now days i am a weekend rider.As i am working, Have kids and family to take care.So needed bike with low maintenance and great power, Style.So i got jawa 42, Great bike.I modified exhaust and handle bar as per my comfort.I drive mostly on hill side.As of now never faced single issue engine wise.
