Q. Is there any improvements done in Suzuki Access 125 starting problem?

We have not come across to any such issue regarding the starting problem in Access 125. If it was there then it could be because of the faulty battery. If you keep your scooter duly serviced then you won't face any such issue. However, we would suggest you to visit the dealership and take a test ride in order to clear your all doubts. I bought this in March and started facing issues after the 2nd servicing. When I asked the authorized technician to check, the manager told me that they too didn't have any solution to this issue and they made a temporary fix. After 2 days the starting problem kicks again, it is such a pain in the ass that you would keep kick start the access 125 and it won't even start. I wrote a complaint to the Suzuki motorcycles however still haven't heard from them yet.

Same problem even I am facing, the service centre is helpless and they say head needs to be checked and it may cost around 25000 to 30000. I am not happy with suzuki access I think activa is far better than this. The old model of activa starts fine when compare to access 125. Didnt expect that brand suzuki will have such problem in scooters
