  • Q. I have a Suzuki Access125 June 2015 model. Recently I notice that my scooty is giving an average of just 29-30. My scooty has run 37000 km. What could be the reason behind that very low average ??

    Ensure servicing done at regular intervals.check wheel alignment.also check for tyre pressure with nitrogen filleddoes it have drum brakes , cross verify n check if its too tight ....

    I have black acess 27 days old according to service criteria i gone to service center they wer working like not interested even didn't listen my problems properly and told me that come at 4 pm i have a issue of noice of headlight glass when they delivered my problems has not resolved and second day i want to visit and did the same thing.Acess in not good the vibration of front while applying front break.It is not resolved by company and starter is also very noisable and long so slowly it will damage bandex and gear of starter.And extended warranty is given only in 60000 km after that company is not liable to pay and demages.🙃.

    I bought this bike 6 months before at the price is 104000. Faced a problem. One day engine did not get started. The brand new bike fuel pump failed in a short period. Even I was driving nearly 2700kms only. The dealer takes one week to change. And it gives 40kmpl only very less. Go for some other bike.

    It's been 10 months.I purchased it last year in dec battery was bad but when i went to service centre they gave me a a letter to give it to exide house and they gona provide me new battery.I took me around 6 hours but issue got resolved in one go.Overall going well good performance.I have also replaced the rear shock absorber with a tvs one for better performance but i totally depands on personal preferences.I have completed 10000 km in just 10 months i mean its alot.I have done few long trips like 200 to 250 km trip.It never let me down.

    Very bad experience, I never suggest this vehicle very poor mileage and customer care and the biggest problem is service center there is very few service center available and local mechanic not even touching saying don't know this scotty, I am from telangana and only very few service center available in entire telangana, I request to suzuki company to increase the service center in across state.
