• Q. I'm planning to buy Honda Grazia bs6. But there are few bad reviews on some websites-1. Many say that they are facing starting problems; 2. Vibration issues have also been reported at higher speeds; 3. people are also facing mileage issues. Please help me out with these queries- are these problems only in the bs4 version or also in the new bs6 version?

I do own a grazia bs6 since Oct 2020. With the upgrade in the engine to bs6, I don't see any problem in starting it, even after being idle for 3-4 days it just took a couple of seconds to start using self start. Secondly, vibration are a part of all the scooters in this range, but in this case I just felt a little bit of vibrations at a speed above 80kmpl. Although you mostly gonna use it in city where you might be around 60-70kmpl, hence you not gonna face issues.Thirdly, mileage is going to be around 50-55 in city condition and depends on your driving skills. Now I would like to add some points, that I have felt till now, 1. The fuel tank is located too deep due to its jet like real finish, and it seems difficult to fill the fuel. Sometimes you may see spill during a full tank fill. So be cautious.2. The glove box is flungy and creates problems while accessing it, that locking mechanism could have been better.3. Pickup is nice as compared to the previous version. Seems quite good at handling and controlling is easy. 4. Boot space is less, could have been longer. 5. Seat length could be improved. 6. Foot space is quite okay. 7. Pilot lamp looks classy, on the contrary a switch must have been provided to on/off the main head lamp.

I know this response is very much delayed in comparison to the question but I wish to put my experience out there for rest of the country to know this as well when they do their research about Honda in general. As far as specific searches on Grazia 125 are concerned, this answer is irrelevant to those since the vehicle has been discontinued for quite some time now. I bought mine back in Oct 2018 and have been facing 1 recurring problem that's probably not very common (at least didn't find any such issues shared online). This problem is pertaining to the heavy vibrations on initial throttling up and the vibration is so severe that the scooter jerks and moves forward making it extremely risky while turning at very low speed since it slips and causes loss of control on the vehicle. So far this problem has temporarily resolved when addressing it with the Clutch & Gear Box. I've visited Bhavna Honda at least 10-12 times since the purchase of this vehicle reporting this recurring problem but to no resolve till the date of this post. In fact I'm posting this from the workshop floor itself. So my experience with Honda Grazia has been horrible and harrowing to the core, to say the least.Had escalated this to Honda as well to engage their engineer's expertise as well but they conveniently passed it on to the authorised dealer & service centre - Bhavna Honda. On the other hand Bhavna Honda has a terrible service standard and quality check. And to hide this they don't entertain customers inside the workshop same as most of the automotive service centres across brands. So cause of the nature of their problem I had to fight my way through the bureaucracy to be present with my vehicle. On the 1st instance when the transmission belt broke, the rear wheel ceased while riding with my wife n child on the highway. So I had to resort to threatening Bhavna Honda with a criminal case for criminal negligence resulting in harm to my & family's lives and th Saga still continues.Unfortunately for Grazia owners, they can't even sell this vehicle due to the poor pricing available in the market. Thanks to Honda since they ceased manufacturing of this vehicle and this has also resulted in poor availability of parts even at authorised service centres. So if buying a Honda Scooter, go for Activa with your eyes closed because it's always been a tested, reliable & well explored brand.

It would be unfair to give a verdict on the issues as it may occur in any vehicle. Moreover, the scooter boasts decent build quality with good fit and finish levels. As for the mileage, the previous version was claimed to deliver 55kmpl, however, the fuel efficiency figures are not yet out for the BS6 version. We expect better mileage returns since the scooter now gets a fuel-injected engine and bits like Idling Stop System and 3-step eco speed indicator for improved mileage. For a better understanding of compatibility and riding comfort, we would suggest you to take a test ride.
