I'm confused between Bajaj pulsar 150 and Hero Glamour? Please suggest.

Pulsar offers more power but glamour (old model) provides more reliability. Both a different bikes and are good for city commutes. For occasional highway rides pulsar will provide more power, comfort and tank range as well.

Fi engines give more mileage. Depends on the ride requirement. If you are a daily traveller, go for Glamour. But if you like looks and all go Pulsar. The back tyre of Glamour might disappoint if you are into looks.
