I lost my key of Access 125 and can I take again to the agent or not.

There will be two keys handed over when u make a new vehicle purchase. if u have the second key then maybe u can make a duplicate from that for very cheap price else speak to ur dealer. he will provide u a solution. the worst case can be a complete lock set replacement.

The customer care informed me that it's not there in company policy to make other set of keys if u lost, I have asked a query then y the heck they are giving tat no for, they said just for the reference 🤦‍♂️.. Now i guess i had to change the entire lock system though i do have the metal s***p and number tat carries along with..

While you purchasing they give two keys with an key id printed on an small iron sheet along with that sheet that two keys are given to u. if you have that id plate go to showroom and they give u a new key according to that id (they may consume amount). good luck otherwise contact agent.

Yes you can,look for the number in the tag that the key comes with.You can use that number to make another one,if you lost the tag,then you can make a duplicate key or change the whole lock set.Wouldnt be too pricey.
