I Have Avenger 180 street 2018 model, two years back i purchased and within 8 months i am facing battery issue. i am facing issue with battery efficiency from long and every time if i not drive my bike for continuously 3 or 4 days i am not able to do self start. its very difficult to start by pushing the bike in 1st gear with clutch , very problematic issue it is since it don't have kick start.

I bought my avenger 180 1.5 years ago. Due to covid Lockdown it was not used for many days. After about 3 months when I tried to start, the battery died after a few attempts. Since, it does not have kick start, it gave me utter dissatisfaction at that moment.

My avenger got problem by racing accelometer for a long time in mud after got this battery issues after that problem I replace two batteries the third buyed battery is now I am using in.

Mine model was second generation 220 cc dtsi model,which is more heavy than todays model,then Bajaj gave exide freedom 9ah battery,battery is good but only self is disadvantage if you not ride your bike frequently,self was also problemetic when you off the fuel in winter,in summer no problem.but now may be new bikes are improved.

No problem at all (Its been 9 years that I own a Avenger 220. Current one is my 3rd battery). I never faced any sort of problem ever. Make sure you replace the original one with right specification of battery and ask your service engineer to check battery health every time you go for a service.

I have bike since 2012. I have 2 led head lamp extra. No problem in battery. I once started the bike after 3 month, it started in first self. If yiu are considering purchasing Avenger, go for new ABS model.

There is no such issue with battery till you add lots of accessory lighting to bike which reduce bike battery performance, otherwise battery is good and you need not worry about it

I'm also facing same issue. I have 220 street. Doing push and start is really difficult job.

No issue with battery and also if battery will not work, than you have to just run, it will start easily
