Normal for oil cooled engines i think, check the quality of the oil, change if required. Engine is cooled by oil and at the same time Oil has to be cooled by air flow. So the cooling fins and tubes have to be in good condition and free of Dirt and dust

No its oil cooled engine. So the temperature remains controlled

When it's new you feel this issues.. But after 2-4 servicing you will not face same issues
