• Q. Has the vibration issue resolved in SF 250? I saw an article where suzuki recalled the bikes manufactured until March 2021 for vibration issues.I'm planning to buy this bike in June 2021.

Suzuki Motorcycles has recalled its naked Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250 over engine vibration-related issues. As many as 199 units, manufactured from August 12, 2019, to March 21, 2021, have been affected, and hence, called back. There are no problems with the bikes produced after that. Moreover, out on the highway, the motor feels unstressed at speeds of up to 100kmph, with an optimal cruising speed between 90 and 100kmph. This shows in the highway fuel efficiency, which is the highest of any 250cc bike we have tested. You can ride it at 120kmph as well but the motor starts to feel stressed at those speeds. This is a refined, vibe-free mill with just a hint of buzziness creeping in on the fuel tank and handlebars post 5500rpm.Read more -Quarter-Litre Suzuki Gixxer Twins Recalled. Here’s Why.

Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 User Reviews

  • I just got the

I just got the new Gixxer 250 and I'm so impressed! The driving experience is really nice, it's so smooth and comfortable to ride. The bike feels very stable and planted, even at high speeds. The seating position is just perfect for me, nice and upright. The best thing about this bike is the overall performance - it's got plenty of power and the engine feels really refined. The mileage is also pretty good, I'm getting around 35 kmpl which is decent. The build quality seems solid too, no rattles or issues so far. However, the one downside is that there is some vibrations at higher revs, can feel it through the handlebars and pegs. The features are good but I wish it had few more like bluetooth connectivity and all.The after sales service has been hit or miss so far. The guys at the dealership are helpful but the wait times for service can be quite long sometimes. Overall, I'm really happy with my Gixxer 250 and would definitely recommend it!

I have driven the suzuki gixxer sf 250 and i have to say i was the best bike of the segment i've ever been onto.It was my first drive and it was so soothing that i was in love with this. The gear shifting was smooth and handling of the bike was unexcelled. The acceleration was tame. The overall performance was far better than any of it's competitors.

My driving experience with gixxer sf 250 is phenomenal.Escape within the in heavy traffic you can just snip through. The pick up is amazing us just goes boom! also, The fibre used for the body is of premium quality. The best part about the bike is it’s mileage of 38-39 kmph in city. That is best in this segment.Maintenance for the bike is medium around 1500.Happy rider🙂.
