For current scenario before any final verdict have test ride of new Yamaha fzs 150 v 3 , you get fresh look , super fine engine, rock solid built quality over the apache Rtr 180 , and if you dieheart fan of apache go with apache 200 4v which never let you down any moment

Hero HF dawn is very light weight it’s not comfort in breaker and only one sitting position. While apache RTR is heavy and you can change sitting position by sitting strate same time you Lin like racer. It’s very less maintanace bike. Of course it’s price is high but when ever you ride RTR 160 you enjoy the ride and forget all these issue back pain and all that because I am also feeling so and almost every day I am riding 100km in RTR160.

Hi , I used Apache RTR 180cc for 8 long years , yes it is racing bike , good engine..... but Milage is only 38-40 , maintenance also expensive, you will get back pain, shoulder pain for long drive, I got Backpain as Gift from Apache, now iam planning to buy new bike I test drive Unicorn 150 , XBlade, Apache RTR 4V, Pulsar 150 but my Choice is wil be Unicorn 150 in my opinion you choose bike considering your age, height, Milage, Maintanence

I own an rtr 180 and for me 100 km is nothing if roads are good. Takes an hour to travel 100 km.Also comfy bike for 100 route.Very long route I wont suggest like more than 200 km. I travel 140 km once a month and its little difficult to make with zero stop.Once a year if you want to go 400 km I think that wont be an issue if you have straight good highway and couple stops to refresh.With average of 35 in city I would suggest Rtr 180.

I have using this bike from it's launche.i found better mileage than others 160 150 cc bikes.. I think New Apache 160 4v have better  mono suspension than others.....which may be able comfortable for your back pain than your other choices bikes.... Avenger. Unicorn. And others....so according your daily use and also having waist pain.. I'll suggest you go for this...

Travelling a long distance even 50 kms on RTR 180 is really a tiresome journey, let alone over 300 kms. Reasons: vibration, unstability, sitting posture. If you reach 200 kms, you will experience back ache, wrist pain too much. I haven't tried Honda bikes over 150-cc but Yamaha is a good choice. Yamaha Faser is truly a comfortable bike for long journey.

For a comfortable ride position, you should not go for sports segment bikes (pulsar/apache etc.) Rather you should prefer a cruiser type motorcycle (Avenger 150 street kind of bikes)

-for 80 to 100 km RTR 180 BS4 model is good but for 370 km its too bad for luxury .- it wont give good milage if u drive it near about 80 to 90 daily -and the sitting position will be really painful on your back for long ride.- honda CB shine is good for milage.... and its smooth very less vibration so u wont get much tired.....

To them of talking about refinement........ If bikes will be calm enough of the high reves also than better going for an electric one......... I love mild vibrations and grunt..... And after 60+ you will stop noticing the vibrations and will love the feedback from engine and handle

If mileage and life is what your concern and you're not much into long drives weekly or monthly, then probably you can check honda bikes including the Hornet. Gixxer is also a good try. I use SF and it's very good for all categories - an all-rounder bike.

I travel daily for 100kms and sometimes long trips around 300-400kms. The bike is perfect in every sense just needs change in tyres. But it's very good person of height 170-190cm. If you are taller than you should consider other bikes.

If you are seeking for mileage then RTR 160 is not good in local traffic areas. This bike provides you 35 kmpl only. But the bike is enough good for good acceleration good riding experience and a lot of comfort.
