What is the battery warranty of Suzuki Access 125?

I also had the same problem. Purchased suzuki access 125 special edition and before 1 year experienced the self start problem and replaced the battery. After 1 month the same problem exists and the service centre saying that battery to be replaced with charges of 1200/- . Totally disappointed buying this scooter.

I purchased a Suzuki Access 125 from Sapthagiri S & S SUZUKI Showroom palamaner, Chittoor, Andhra within 1.5 years experienced a self start issue and asked us to replace the battery. Even the Battery company is giving 2-5 years of battery warranty, they say its only 1 year. And people working in there don't know how to fix the issues and communicate with customers. Its totally frustrating and disappointing . I would recommend not to buy this vehicle and someone who is planning to buy rethink again or else you also might face such issues.

I purchased a Suzuki Access from Sapthagiri Showroom Basaweshwaranagar Bangalore and from 2nd Month onwards had starting problems . Always have to resort to Kick start. Had purchased a Honda Dio 10 years back and never experienced such problem,

I also purchased the access 125 combo breaking addition and having the starter issue within a year. After that I have replaced battery but again same issue after 7 months approx. Also at the raine season indicator buzzer continuosly having sound due to water. Worst experience. I never suggest the vehicle to anyone.

I am facing the same issue! I dropped my acess125 in service centre for one week and it took so long to solved the issues, anyhow they exchanged my battery with another scooty’s battery. Then again after a month the problem started again.
