Bajaj Pulsar F250 Latest Updates

The Bajaj Pulsar F250 All-Black variant has been launched, featuring dual-channel ABS. Wondering what else is new? Check out our launch story.

Bajaj had launched its biggest Pulsar yet-- the Pulsar F250 at Rs 1.40 lakh in October 2021. This bike has been introduced along with its naked counterpart, the N250. To know more details about the pricing, specifications and the features, head to our launch story.

Bajaj Pulsar F250 Engine

The Bajaj Pulsar F250 is powered by an all-new 249.07cc air/oil-cooled single-cylinder engine developing 24.5PS at 8750rpm and 21.5Nm at 6500rpm. This engine mated to a 5-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. Bajaj has also introduced a new tubular frame that sits on a telescopic fork and a monoshock. For braking, the bikemaker has used a 300mm disc up front and a 230mm disc at the rear, aided by single-channel ABS. The Pulsar F250 runs on a 100/80-17F tyre at the front and a 130/70-17R unit at the rear.

Bajaj Pulsar F250 Design

The Bajaj Pulsar F250 speaks a lot about the design language that the brand is taking for its Pulsar range. Just like the Pulsar 220F, the F250 uses a half fairing, but is now sharper. The bike gets a single LED projector up front flanked by LED DRLs. At the rear, the bike features a new ‘X’ shaped LED tail light.

Bajaj Pulsar F250 Features

The Bajaj Pulsar F250 comes with a new infinity display instrument console. It is a part-digital unit consisting of an analogue tachometer and a digital speedometer. Unfortunately, it doesn't have any connectivity features and displays basic information like gear position indicator and distance to empty. This is also the first Pulsar to feature a USB charger as standard fitment.

Bajaj Pulsar F250 Competitors

The Bajaj Pulsar F250 locks horns with the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250. However, in terms of pricing, even the Hero Xtreme 200S comes close to the Pulsar. For a similar price, you can also opt for the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V.

Must Read Questions & Answers Before Buying Pulsar F250

Q. Which bike to choose, RTR 200 4V or Pulsar F250?
  • Both the bikes are good in their forte. The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V has been one of the nicest 200cc motorcycles in India, and the 2021 iteration elevates its potential to another level. It is sharp and agile, while maintaining friendly power delivery. It gets features like adjustable front suspension and hand levers, which are unheard of on bikes in the same segment or even a step higher. However, the lack of a sixth gear limits its touring potential. On the other hand, the F250 comes across as the more complete package as its price, looks, ergonomics, and performance mark it out as the successor to the 220F. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details.Read more -[2021 Bajaj Pulsar F250
Q. Will Pulsar F250 show service indicator after first service?
  • The Pulsar F250 is not equipped with a service indicator. Moreover, you may refer to the user manual of your bike.
Q. What type of body, plastic or metal?
  • The body parts of the Bajaj Pulsar F250 are comprised of both plastic and metal parts.
