The Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun are the first SUVs launched under Skoda-VW India’s 2.0 strategy and they’ve just eceived the full five stars for crash safety from Global NCAP. These made-in-India SUVs share the MQB A0-IN platform with the Skoda Slavia and the Volkswagen Virtus. On the safety features front, they come equipped with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, stability control, traction control, rollover mitigation and tyre-pressure monitoring as standard. Higher variants add side and curtain airbags along with an anti-theft alarm.
