Kia Seltos will rival the likes of the Nissan Kicks, Maruti Suzuki S-Cross, Renault Captur and Hyundai Creta.
The Kia Seltos comes with 3 engine options: a pair of 1.5-litre diesel and petrol engines and a 1.4-litre T-GDI turbo petrol engine.
We got behind the wheel of the Kia Seltos and drove the 1.4-litre turbo petrol and the 1.5-litre diesel engine variants. We tested both the manual and automatic options of these engines. The Seltos 1.4GDi engine makes 140PS of power and 242Nm of peak torque. Seltos 1.5-litre diesel engine, on the other hand, is good for 115PS and 250Nm. These engines are mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox as standard. The automatic option for the diesel is a 6-speed torque converter while for the petrol it is the 7-speed dual clutch transmission.

Kia Seltos compact SUV will come with 6 airbags, brake assist, Vehicle stability management, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, hill assist control and front & rear parking sensors along with a 360 degree parking camera.
The Kia Seltos SUV comes loaded with features like a 10.25 inch touchscreen infotainment system with UVO (Kia) connected car technology, 8-inch head up display and auto AC. Seltos also gets power-adjustable driver’s seat, ventilated front seats, 7-inch multi-information display, an eight speaker Bose sound system and a sunroof,
