The heart of the Bajaj Platina 100 is a single-cylinder, 102cc air-cooled engine. This powerplant generates 7.9PS of power and 8.34Nm of torque. Mated to a 4-speed gearbox, the motorcycle claims a top speed of 90kmph.

Bajaj Platina 100 Features

The Platina 100 features an LED daytime running light (DRL) positioned above its halogen headlight unit. The tail section and turn indicators employ halogen lighting as well. The bike also boasts redesigned rear-view mirrors, and comes with CBS as a standard safety feature.In terms of its suspension, the Platina 100 employs a telescopic front fork with 135mm of travel and dual shocks at the rear with 110mm of wheel travel. The braking system consists of a 130mm drum brake up front and a 110mm rear drum, enhanced by a combined braking system for improved safety. Notably, Bajaj does not offer a front disc brake even as an optional feature. The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels fitted with tubed tires. The bike weighs 117kg kerb, and gets a 11-litre fuel tank. The seat height is 807mm, and the bike offers a generous ground clearance of 200mm.

    According to me Bajaj platina 100 is the best budget friendly and comfortable bike for daily commuters. I also bought this bike last year and my experience is awesome. it is known for it's mileage which is around 70kmpl. I traveled around 200km on a single trip on this bike and i didn't faced any problem. the rear suspension and brakes works perfectly. As per my experience platina 100 is better than all other 100cc bikes in this segment.

It is also remarkably fuel efficient at around 80 kmpl, which is ideal for budget conscious users.The added features like the anti skid braking and better cushioned seats make the riding experience more comfortable and safe. However, one of the challenges with the Platina 110 is its build quality.
