I am driving crysta for the last 5 years and do enjoy driving it on highways for hours without taking break as it gives you all the needed comfort and driving on power mode is fun and exciting.Power mode also does not compromise the fuel average.Now some areas where crysta needs refinement for the cost we pay.1.Engine noise: its too loud even with all glasses up.2.A pillar: it really hampers your view while driving in hills and makes driving dangerous sometimes.3.Gear lever: very long travel and shaky; toyota please do something.4.Sound system : very ordinary in this price segment.Neglect these issues and you have a no nonsense car.

Drive like a sheer pleasure, As gliding through air.Everything is perfect, No downsides neither i tried to look for worst in it.I only found the best in class.The performance can be related to the round of a revolver.About mileage i never cared, But still 12.9 is great.Pickup is "made like a gun, Goes like a bullet".Very quiet interior, Much leg room & space as it says "for when you need space".Close your eyes & buy.That's it.

I bought Toyota Innova Crysta 2.8G On 20 August 2018 from Globe Toyota Kaithal (HR) after ten days a new model of Innova was launched and discontinued that model which is given to me. Innova which is given to me is absolete within 10days. And as we know old models are sold to customers on discounted prices but globe Toyota Kaithal did a fraud with me they sold me old model at full prices .Today I went to globe Toyota at 12 30 pm all the staff members were there I talked about my problems the manager Sushil Kumar told me come to me 4 pm I said ok I went there and he didn’t gave me response and he even dint listen to my problem he misbehaved with me . These people are so pathetic in fact I think they are not educated they don’t know how to talk to their Consumer. I am so surprised to see people who are running Toyota’s agency.

Seats could be better cushioned.Suspension could be softer.Last row seats fold up should have better stay mechanism rather just loops.

Innova is the best car for family and even very comfortable for children for a long trip or journey. It's also a good car for old age people.
