Jawa Forty Two Service Centre User Reviews

There are repeated problems happening in my jawa 42 2.1 one after the other and things are getting very frustrated.Service centres are not skilled enough to solve them or the least identify them.You would have to live with the problem and indentify them yourself and fix them.No support waste of efforts.One good thing is i am becoming a bike mechanic.Let me list some issues.Sensors just won't work and malfunction after few months.Paint work is not good soon you will face rusting in larger areas.Battery rectifier which is used to recharge the battery on the go gets problem and end up pushing your vehicle miles on foot.Trust me kick starter would have to be made necessary since i can't trust the internals of jawa since one after other just ends up not working.The more i felt prestigious riding it the more it makes people to mock you.I started to feel like pushparaj pushing the huge machine all around the streets just to let others know that it's not a great machine.

Took jawa 42 in 2019 but couldn't drive much due to corona for 1 year, So due to not driven much maintenance cost will increase that is what said by the service department.Regarding service, It's very poor.My vehicle stopped in the middle of the road, I called the service person, He started explaining his rules and regulations, If you hv road side insurance than only they can assist you or else you urself hv to drag the 150 kg vehicle to the service centre.It's highly maintained bike with very poor service.Think several times before you even think of buying the bike.

I purchased my jawa 42 a months later ago i found my bike got loses suspension on both side then i visited my nearest service centre i told that my suspension got damage they told that it will not be repaired you need to install new suspension then i told my bike is under warranty period so you will lost cost any amount but they need extend warranty to claim.So i need to question jawa what is the use of warranty of my bike without extended warranty.

Driving experience is good, Mileage is good, Pickup is good but when it comes to service cost it just makes the owner regret buying jawa too high very unacceptable and unnecessary price the dealer, Service centre fixes with ultimate price for labour charge jawa needs to be improved plus they should make simple mechanics for bikes like royal enfield easy to make easy to break.
